Chiet brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, and governance. In his most recent role before founding Wise IR, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Laguna Resorts & Hotels and Banyan Tree Holdings, publicly listed on the SET and SGX, respectively.

With extensive expertise in corporate secretarial functions and strategic investor communications, he has played a key role in enhancing shareholder engagement and ensuring transparency in listed companies.

Chiet’s career spans diverse industries, including hospitality, residential and commercial real estate, retail, agriculture, and food, where he has successfully built strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he has completed the Director Certification Program at the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD).

Pornthita worked as a Stockbroker and Investment Consultant at Siam Commercial Bank Securities (SCBS) for 3 years before pursuing a full-time Master’s program.

At SCBS, she gained invaluable knowledge and experience in financial markets and stock performance analysis. She is also well-versed in investment analysis, portfolio allocation and risk management.

Pornthita has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kasetsart University and a Master’s degree in Investment Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.

Yuriko Higuchi

Yuriko Higuchi is an accomplished investment and business analyst with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and equity research across Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. She brings deep expertise in financial modeling, investment strategies, corporate governance, and compliance.

Yuriko held leadership roles at CIMB Thai Bank, where she managed corporate client relationships and formulated strategies for investment banking products. She also served as Vice President of Research at CIMB Securities, where she provided equity research and investment recommendations for institutional investors. Earlier in her career, she was a key member of Japan Asia Investment Company Limited (JAIC), overseeing a $100 million investment portfolio in Southeast Asia, and played a pivotal role at JAIC Asia Capital in distressed debt and high-yield bond analysis.

Beyond her corporate roles, Yuriko has supported Japanese SMEs in expanding into the Thai market as an International Business Advisor for SME Support Japan.

Yuriko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Arts from the Faculty of Economics at Sophia University in Tokyo and has completed the CFA Level II examination.

Sorawis Somsub

Sustainability & Climate Change Specialist


Sorawis is a climate and sustainability professional with deep experience in climate risk assessment, decarbonization strategy, and ESG reporting. He has advised leading companies across banking, energy, transportation, chemicals, and consumer sectors on TCFD-aligned climate scenario analysis, GHG accounting, DJSI and CDP gap assessments, and climate strategy development.

With professional experience at EY Thailand, ERM-Siam, and Enking Energy, Sorawis has led multiple large-scale assignments, including climate risk assessments, SBTi-aligned decarbonization plans, and full IFRS S2 climate disclosures for listed companies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex, as well as Bachelor of Technology and Bachelor of Food Science degrees from Mahidol University International College.

Panichat Kitisittichai

Sustainability & Climate Change Specialist


Panichat is a specialist in sustainability and climate change, with expertise in ESG strategy, carbon management, and ESG innovation platforms. She has led programs that integrate the UN SDGs, the WELL Building Standard, and TCFD-aligned approaches into practical solutions for corporate and public-sector clients.

At a leading Sustainability & Entrepreneurship Center in Thailand, she developed ESG strategies, capacity-building programs, and carbon-reduction initiatives, including the C-ESG Management Program in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand. She also advises a major international development agency on climate finance and resilient project management.

Panichat is a Ph.D. candidate in Technology Management and Innopreneurship at Chulalongkorn University, studies Law at Thammasat University, and holds a Master’s in Environment, Development & Sustainability and a Bachelor’s in Architecture.
